外企如何使你的谈吐对路？

a、回答问题时口齿要清晰、声调要明朗，音量大小要适度，咬字要准确、措词要文雅得体、说话要斯文稳健，内容要有组织、有条理、有系统，并要避免重复，对不知答案或答不出的问题切勿胡言乱语，坦白承认你对此问题不明了方为上策，不然你会给主试人留下虚伪爱装腔作势的恶劣印象。

b、自我介绍时应该记住三个P：Positive（自信），Personal（个性）,Pertinent（中肯）。所谓自信，就是要积极地进行自我肯定，让主试人充分了解你的优点与潜能。场上的自我介绍，目的是为了获得职业，与自我标榜、自我吹嘘无关。只有凭借肯定的自我的认定，才能使自我介绍的气氛变得舒坦起来。所谓个性，就是要把自己与众不同的特点发挥出来，强调自己的专业与能力。所谓中肯，就是要实事求是，不要言过其实，夸夸其谈，也不要涉及和自己无关的事情，应掌握要领单刀直入地围绕自己的资历侃侃而谈。

自我介绍应简洁明了，段落分明，不要颠三倒四，一定要给主试人留下思想清晰、反应快捷、逻辑性强的印象。同时，说话的速度不要太快，语气要愉快而充满活动，声音要有感染力，别使主试人感到你的声音疲乏、胆怯。自我介绍时间不宜太长，话不宜太多，最好控制在五分钟之内。不要一谈起自己就口若悬河，滔滔不绝，话多必失言。这就应该避免说话漫无边际，东拉西扯。如果你谈起来没完没了，主试人势必会听得厌烦。另外，在自我介绍时应避免过多地使用“I”（我）字，不要每个句子一开头就冒出一个“I”字，这样会使主试人把你当成一个自我中心者、自以为是者、自我吹捧者、自我标榜者。灵活的应试人往往会把“我”字开头的话，变成“你”字打头。例如，主试人说：“Will you please say something about yourself？”（请你谈谈自己的情况好吗？）应试人则说：“Do you want me to talk about my personal life or to say something about the job？”（你想让我谈谈我个人的生活呢，还是与这份工作有关的问题？）这样，你的谈话就把主试人摆了进去。这种谈话的方式所产生的效果是不言而喻的。毕竟是应试人与主试人互相沟通的一种场合，应试人时常把主试人摆进自己的.谈话当中去，自然而然就起到了互相沟通的作用。

c、在整个面试过程中，应试人要圆滑些。所谓圆滑，就是说话应注意技巧，措词要贴切，提问、发表意见须掌握分寸。下面这些措词或语句如通运用到你的回答或谈话中将有助于你获得面试成功：

在适当的地方用“Sir”（先生）、“Madam”（女士）、“Mr.so-and-so”（某某先生）、“Mrs.so-and-so”（某某女士）、“Miss so-and-so”（某某小姐）来称呼主试人，将博得对方的好感。当然，也不宜在每句话里都胜上这些称呼，用理太多了，对方也会听得厌烦。

在面试开始不久时，你对主试人可以说一句：“Maybe you will find out that I”m easy to approach.“(也许你会发现，我这个人很随和。)这是给主试人透露信息：你是一个很好的合作者。好相处的人自然容易被人接受。

当你知道招聘单位目前急于用人时，首先把自己的专长讲足说够，然后顺理成章地得出结论说：”I think your unit needs a man like me.“（我想，贵单位需要象我这样的。）用这样的句式，主试人会认为你是站在他们的立场上说话，是在替他们的发展考虑问题，于是很容易接受你。

当你对某个问题发表了见解之后，可以附带加上一句：”I“d like to hear your opinion.”（我很想听听你的意见。）这句话表明了你对主试人的尊敬，很容易使他（她）产生亲切感。

当你想陈述自己人会职资格时，可以这么一句话来开头：“I”m qualified for the job because……“（我能胜任这项工作，是因为……）接着一二三四讲出几条理由来。当主试人在审视你究竟能不能胜任此职时，参照的标准已不再是他心目中的标准，而是你列举的理由，主试人无形中被你牵着走。

当你看出度主试人对你的看法左右不定，你可能不是他极厌恶的人，但也可能不是他特别欣赏的人，使他难以对你作出诀择，这时，你就应该说一句：”I have complete faith in you because you view the matter at a different angle.“（我完全信赖你，因为你看问题的角度跟我不一样，

）如此一句话，很可能会改变你的处境。主试人听了会想：”人家都这么信任我，我又有什么理由不信任人家呢？“他很快会说服自己，转变对你的看法。

当你听出主试人在试探你应聘此职的诚意时，就应该毫不犹豫地说：”So far as that is concerned ,you must have understood my determination.“（谈到这个份上，你一定会理解我的决心。）这样，主试人就会被你的诚意所打动。

当你看到主试人自始至终摆出一副威风凛凛、居高临下、握有生杀大权的架势，最好在面试结束之前说出这么一句话来：”Of course,it“s up to you to decide whether I am suitable for the job.”（当然，我是否适合这份工作，只有你能做出决定。）这句话把本来属于主试人的权力取出来又大大方方地交给他，使他在自尊心得到满足的状态下对你十分宽容。

当你感到紧张而无法摆脱时，干脆坦诚相告：“Frankly speaking, I have been nervous.”（坦率地说，我一直感到紧张。）这样，主试人便会宽慰你，其结果你，你的紧张感消除了，你和主试人的关系也更密切了。

当你确信主试人对你印象不错，十有八九会录用你，不妨说一声：“Of course, I”m afraid I am not the possible candidate.“（当然，我不一定是合适的人选。）这句话表现出你君子坦荡的胸怀，主试人会钦佩你面对现实（其实现实并不是那么回事），敢做敢为的勇气。这种说话的激将法，会进一步坚定主试人录用你的信心。

当你知道竞争对手如云，大部分条件又与你旗鼓相当，主试人不知如何取舍，在这种情况下，你不妨在结束面试时含蓄地说：”I think we shall certainly meet again.“（我想我们肯定还会见面的。）这句话包含着：”见到主试人很高兴，希望再见面“的意思，谁能愿意听这种话。同时，这话也会促使主试人产一种感觉：人选已经定下，非你莫属。

当你没有听清主试人的问话或者不明白所提问题的意思时，应该请主试人再说一遍或解释一下。千万不可象只呆头鹅一样，傻里傻气，沉默不言，即不作答又不问。这样不仅有损于你在主试人心目中的形象，而且还会使用权主试人对你失去信心。碰到这种情况，可以使用以下的语句：”I beg your pardon.“（对不起，请再说一次。）”I am sorry, but I don“t understand your meaning.”（对不起，我不明白你的意思。）“Would you mind saying that again, please?”(请再说一次好吗？)“Would you mind asking that again a bit more slowly, please?”（请您速度慢一些再问一次好吗？）“I”m not sure I have understood your question.“(我不敢肯定是否已经理解了你的问题。)

d、在整个面试过程中，不该说的就不要说，不该问的就不要问。只有力戒出现言谈上的失误，应试人才能获得面试的全胜。

诉苦的话不可说。在人生的道路上，每个人都会遇到不幸，都会碰到倒霉的事，或是会犯上某种疾病。有的人心理承受能力差，一见到人没谈上几句便开始拆苦。这样做，无非是想告拆别人自己是不幸的、无辜的、苦难的，以换取别人的同情心。把这种言谈运用到面试中，肯定会惨败。

批抨原单位雇主或同事的话不可说。有些人一谈论起原单位的上司或同事就牢骚满腹，用语尖刻，埋怨别人，他们的本意是要表示自己的无辜和离开原单位的决心。殊不知，主试人听了这些话，只会产生你是一个难以相处的人的印象。所以，面试中切勿用激烈的言词去评价他人。

关于待遇问题应试人不要冒然向主试人发问，应该让主试人先提这个问题。当问及薪酬和福利时，应试人可以提出自己的要求，但不要斤斤计较，争论不休。

幼稚的问题不可问。有的人在面试中喜欢无话找话说，没问题找问题提。如果你问：”Is there a toilet in the office?“（办公室内有卫生间吗？）或者”Do you know where Miss so-and-so lives?“（你知道某某小姐住在哪里吗？）诸如此类的问题委可能使很好的面试砸了锅。幼稚有时候出自于学生腔，，如老问：”Why?“（为什么呢？）或”Is it possible for me……？"（我是不是可以……）这会使主试人感到费力和心烦。

我和大家一样都是在51job上泡了几个月的求职者，经历的几次面试后谈谈我对简历的看法。

我们用了大量时间和精力在招聘网站上做出了自己满意的简历，心想：这下可是把自己推销出去了。而一些公司看到你的简历时的确会被你的简历所吸引然后电话通知你去面试。

在兴奋之余我们还需要做一份简历，这份简历一定要做的“精”，主要描述你的基本情况和一些重要的工作经历，最好控制在一张A4纸的大小。因为大部分公司不会从招聘网站上下载你的简历，或者为了方便公司存档，在你面试的时候会让你填一张表格，而这个时候才真正到了“推销”我们自己的时候，把我们之前精做的简历，一并附上你将得到更多的机会。

因为我们大部分职位不是面试一轮就过的，要有初试、复试、三试或者更多，而你填写的那张表格要一直传递下去，往往初试者会了解关于你很全面的情况，如果你只是在面试的公司留下一张表格的话，真正传递到用人部门的主管手里的时候，他根本无法判断你的经验和能力，你很有可能将被CUT掉，如果像我们上面的做法再附上一份自己精心制作的简历的话，彼此都会多一个选择的机会。

忙了一整天，早上7点15就起床了，开始迎接即将到来的一整天的面试。

上午时段的整个流程还是相对紧凑的，因为有师姐的指导，真个流程需要操心的仅仅是面试问答环节一块。首先对于学生会的面试来说，作为考官，我们搜集问题的前期准备实在太单薄了，以至于不时的发生冷场现象；对于答题的考察点也不是特别明确；在控制时间方面，并不是十分的游刃有余。另一方签到的部分，本来以为只是按照大家到的顺序依次登记姓名时间，但是里面的细节还是值得人反思的'。比如，没有按时到达的同学要按时收集，以便安排她们之后的面试。同时，分类管理面试单也是有技巧的。下午，由于场地原因，地点转移了N多次，造成我的电话被打爆满，这也是工作没有注意到细节的问题。在每次工作正是开始前，一定要给自己留一段时间去处理有可能发生，但没有预料到的问题。在善后方面，也要再去必要的公关手段。

正向世友问的问题一样：“世界公平吗？”这个问题如果让我回答，结果一定是不公平的。从这次面试也能充分体现出来。谁说外在不重要？我说外在很重要，但并不是指相貌酷毙帅呆的那种。如果你打扮够得体，行为够大方，我想没有任何一个人会拒绝你。倘若你是哪种朴实无华且言语中肯可靠，也是没有人会可以排斥你的。那些在面试上心不在焉扣手晃脚的人，想留都难。

语言方面我也要谈一下。每轮面试必不可少的就是自我介绍，怎么样能让别人记住你？不是扯一大段你的家乡如何美丽，而是从名字入手，找一个切入点让别人在短时间记住你的名字，同时对于自己的特长要着重介绍，因为面试者是想了解你的能力是否能为部门工作创造绩效。

过分调侃自己之前的丰功伟绩，并不能博得别人的好感。在介绍自己的成绩的同时，更需要是谦悯的情怀。没有一个人希望看到部门有人的能力在自己之上，自己干嘛要让自己在组织中的地位处于不利呢？所以，对于校级组织的面试一定要做的实力的体现，又不过分张扬。但这一条仅限于在学校期间的组织，走上社会之后，因为有专业的HR，你的能力大小不会对他的职位造成冲突，所以他们相对客观，在那时面试要尽可能的推销自己。

I’m glad to introduce myself to you. My Chinese name is liu xue86, but you can call me Cathy, my English name. I was born and raised in Guangdong, so I speak both Cantonese and Mandarin.

I’ll soon graduate from Zhongshan University, majoring in accounting. I think you may have interviewed quite a lot of students from our school, so you know this major prepares us for CGA and most courses are taught in English. 一、接到面试通知后，最好在家打个自我介绍的草稿，然后试着讲述几次，自我感觉一下;当然也必须要企业的各方面情况都进行了解，同时对自己的介绍话也必须要想好退路，面试官可能会根据你的诉述提什么问题，这些问题自己又将怎样回答呢?

三、注意掌握时间，如果一分钟下来你什么都没有说，或者你说的根本不是面试官所在意的，只能让面试官觉得你什么都不会，或者你的口才真的很差，连基本的表达能力都达不到。自我介绍是面试中很关键的部分，自己所讲的话要一定要让人听懂其中的重点，所以思路要清晰、明了。一分钟自我介绍对有一些经历的人来说绝对不是很长，时间不会过多，但怕就怕时间没掌握好。

四、还有一个大多数人都会犯的低级错误，介绍的时候过多的停留在诸如姓名、工作经历、奖励、时间等;这些东西在你的简历上都有，说了只是浪费自己仅有的`宝贵的一分钟。我们应该更多的谈一些跟你所应聘职位有关的工作经历和所取得成就，以证明你确实有能力胜任你所应聘的工作。
