每所高中都有高三，正如每个战营都有战士一样。高考如战场，高三如战营，高三学生如战士，这个比喻不需要躲躲闪闪、曲折隐晦的表达，因为没有人会怀疑。虽然如此，但每一个战营里的战士又不一样，有身体素质的不同，精神状态的不同，武器装备的不同，训练方法的不同，因而战斗力也不同。不同的战士决定了不同的战果――谁训练有素，谁获得最大的胜利。桂洲中学这么多年来，每一次出师都有斩获，都取得应有的胜利，正是因为我们每一届高三经过不懈努力，超越了自身的客观条件，训练出了特别能战斗的能力。今天，新的战士的角色已经确定，征战的号角已经吹响。我们这一届高三，正在全力准备：他们刻苦学习，磨练意志，接受教育;他们信心十足，厉兵秣马，跃跃如也。
高三的学习是刻苦的、认真的。他们接受高强度的、高密度的训练，学习的内容多，难度大，训练的频度密，学习时间长，竞争氛围浓，心理压力大。高三的同学，一个星期只休息一个晚上加半个白天。国庆长假8天，他们只休息了3天半。很多人晚上学到10点半，早上6点10分就有人在教室读书。即使一周一个晚上、半个白天的休息，有些人也舍不得，还在家里学习，或者回到学校学习。废寝忘食，苦学不辍，乐学不疲。正因为如此，短短几个月，他们的学习取得了很大的进步。
上一周星期五，在高三1班听了一堂班会课，叫做“磨练学习意志力”，我亲身感受了高三的学习氛围。主持人列举了班上同学磨练意志、刻苦学习的感人事例：林铁柱、张坚棠、何淑霞、梁建坤、刘晓文等，他们都有磨练自己的意志的方法。有一个同学说：我为了磨练自己的意志力，一起床就赶紧刷牙洗脸――连刷牙洗脸都成了磨练意志力的方法了，你说还有什么方法没有用尽？我知道，高三1班的表现是整个高三学习生活的一个缩影。我想，什么是意志力？就是一个人把全部的“意识”集中到自己树立的“志向”上的“力量”。磨练意志力，首先必须有“志”，然后对实现这个志向灌注所有的意念，长期坚持下去，逐渐形成习惯，成为一种力量，这就是意志力。无数事实证明，有没有足够的意志力，意志力的强与弱，决定了一个人的成功与失败。我认为，妨碍人的意志力的因素有三个：一是懒惰，二是怕困难，三是不能坚持。克服这三点，你就成功了！
高三的同学不仅在学习上刻苦，在意志上磨练，在行为品德上也能自觉的接受教育，参与各种活动。他们跑操很自觉（有的班级一大早起床跑步），宿舍很自律，吃饭很守秩序，卫生不拉后腿，出勤很到位，为高一高二做出了榜样。前一段时间，学校邀请心灵之声艺术团来演出，高三学生强烈要求观看，以获取艺术和人格的熏陶。但我听说有一些人以“我已经很有意志力，不需要接受励志教育”为由拒绝参加活动，这种纯实用主义、功利主义做法，是错误的。教育如春风化雨，润物无声;教育如春园之草，不见其长而日有其增，岂是可以用一时一地的短期效应来衡量的？教育，有时候需要千万次呼唤，有时候只需要一次当头棒喝！
今天，我们在这里为高三树名，立传，加油，助威，鼓与呼，目的是希望他们增强信心，鼓足勇气，掌握方法，刻苦训练，无惧于这个战场，无愧于这种战士，无悔于这样的青春！

尊敬的各位领导、老师、亲爱的同学们：
大家，下午好！
非常荣幸，能在这里发言。最近听到有同学在交谈中感叹：“只剩2个多月了，考什么样结果都已经注定了。”也看到有同学在作文中抱怨：“我已经很努力了，付出这么多，成绩却一直不见起色。”还有人干脆说：“这样一天一天的煎熬，还不如明天就高考”。这些负能量的话语，真是让人遗憾。是的，只有76天了，但真的什么都不能改变吗？自己真的只能等待命运的安排甚至接受命运的宣判吗？76天虽然弹指一挥间，但我们必需意识到：人是不可能被注定的，往往最后的一点坚持，会让你看到别人看不到的风景；越是接近目的的时候，越能考验一个人的意志。我们要坚信：我们正处于由量变到质变，由渐变到突变的进程之中，这个过程漫长又艰苦，痛苦与快乐并存。这要求我们背书背到眼睛里含满泪水、甚至想把书扔出窗外但嘴里仍旧大声的背诵；做题做到极度厌倦，甚至想吐但仍在坚持往下做。坚持，咬着牙坚持，谁笑到最后谁笑的最甜。高考是我们人生的一次盛大绽放，能不能美丽，取决于你是否能坚持到底，我们要相信这种坚持一定能开出美丽的花朵。一定可以让我们“春风得意马蹄疾，一日看尽长安花。”
在这里我想给大家讲一个关于信心的故事。有个村庄，久旱无雨，村长带着村民去求雨，大家跪在地上，求了三天三夜，上帝不仅没感动，反而十分生气，上帝骂这些村民：“你们想求雨却那么不诚心。”村民非常惊讶：“我们求了三天三夜，煎熬得心都碎了，怎么会不诚心呢？”上帝说：我发现“你们的潜意识里根本就不信会下雨，否则，那你们在出门之前肯定会带上一把雨伞。”
同学们，很多时候，我们嘴上跟自己说要相信自己，但我们的灵魂深处根本没有做到。德国教育家奥尔说过：这世界除了心理上的失败,实际上并不存在什么失败。只要阳光还在，梦想还在，一切皆有可能！上帝是谁呢？上帝就是我们自己。如果自己不努力，谁也救不了你。现在，在这节骨眼上，在这火烧眉毛的时刻，我们没有退路，我们别无选择！我们一定要每天对自己说：“我能行！”，“我一定行！”我们每个人都还有76天的时间，我们还有巨大的潜力，我们要迎接挑战，去改变命运，去开创未来。
未来的76天中，无论你我，务必做到一个字――“勤”。“勤能补拙”、“天道酬勤”。在未来的76多天中，我们要做这个地球上最勤勉的一群人。我们的老师仍将会一如既往地踏实工作，以饱满的热情，务实的作风投入到备考工作中去；刻苦钻研，精心备课，不漏掉每一个问题，不放弃每一个学生，同学们，请你们记住，在这76天中，我们全体高三教师将时刻与你们同在，与你们同舟共济！永远做你们最坚强、最值得信赖的后盾！
