传统教学中，预习只是说说而己，并没有引起重视，在新的教学理念下，预习环节已越来越重要。特别是我校自引进“杜郎口”先进教学模式以后，使我对上好数学课有了更深的理解。

杜郎口教学模式下，把课型分为“预习课、展示课和反馈课”。特别强调了预习课的重要性，预习课是展示课和反馈课的前提和基础，没有扎实的预习，展示和反馈就无从谈起。

本人自践行“杜郎口”教学模式以来，通过和摸索，对于如何提高数学课的预习效果深有体会：

一、建立学习目标

每节课有哪些内容，学生学完之后应有怎样的收获，或者学生应理解哪些知识，掌握哪些知识，这在上课之前，学生应做到心中有数。因此，建立预习目标时，如果有条件的话，可以让学生查阅相关书籍或几位学生共同讨论得出自己的学习目标，使学生做到心中有数。

二、预习好重要知识点

对于每节数学课，都会有新的知识点出现，要么是公式，要么是概念，定义及定理，所以学生在上课之前，应对公式、定理、定义结合旧知识进行理解或证明，这样学生在上课之前就做好了准备，上课时，就可以直接拿来应用或解决问题，学生可以通过记忆的形式记住其内容。然后自己动脑来论证或验证，能理解多少算多少，不会的学生可以把不理解的部分在预习笔记上画出来，或提出问题，在上课时，学生会对不理解的部分，更加认真地听，理解的程度将会大大加强，如果没有预习，学生直接盲目地听，这样效果肯定没有预习过的学生学习效果好。

三、对于例题及习题做好课前演练

数学课最大的特点就是逻辑性强，前后的'知识具有很强的联系，所以学生在预习好重要知识点后，还应对课中例题及习题做好演练，通过对例题分析和研究，得出一套解题方法，然后利用自己的方法去作习题，能解决多少算多少，如有不理解或不会做的题，在教师讲解时认真听，达到完全理解的目的。

常言说得好：“预则明，不预则罔”，只要我们从以上几方面做好扎实的预习工作，学好数学将不再是问题。
